Our history
In 2003, we decided to rise up to the growing urban development challenges in Malawi. And over the years, we have facilitated the development of 1,500 houses and acquired over 300 hectares of land awaiting subdivision. We have also sold over 500 plots to middle class families to create the new growing suburb for Lilongwe called Acacia. With our vast wealth of knowledge in urban development, coupled with the increasing demand for affordable homes and friendly communities in Malawi, and indeed, across the continent, we are positioned to be Africa's Urban Development Catalyst.
Our objective
Purchasing and consolidating land strategically for subdivision is currently at the core of our work. We create and deliver value through the strategic development of our current and future land banks. All this is driven by our understanding of the urban marketplace which allows us to recognize opportunities and generate value.
Our mission
Our mission is to collaborate with organizations, communities and the government to facilitate the development of affordable housing in safe and friendly environment where people can live, work and play.
